Cancellation Policy

SECTION 1 – BOOKING / DEPOSIT Deposits are non refundable. The deposit amount will be applied to the bill at the completion of services. We need a minimum of 24 hours notice to be able to move your appointment to an alternative date and/or time. Should you change your overall service on the day we may charge a discretionary fee for workshop time lost. E.g. you book in for window tints and light tint, then decide you don’t want the lights tinting on the day. This fee is capped at your deposit amount, which is usually $50. When we set an appointment window we allocate the required time in our workshop for your car and the service you are having carried out, so we really do appreciate punctuality; however the car can be dropped off as early as you like, or even the previous day if required. If you are more than 25 minutes late for your appointment you may lose your deposit. *Window Tinting Service Package includes driver, passenger side windows and rear window unless choosing option without back passenger windows. Ex. extra-small car, coupes, Truck-reg cab, Van/Box truck. (Front windshield is an additional +80$-90$. Sun strip is an additional +30$-40$ Depending on vehicle size)
